1. I should know better

    than to go shopping without a list. 

    I got a piece of salmon, three bananas, blackberries, egg whites, an onion, a red pepper, some spicy v-8 and a can of chile. Oh wait…I got spicy sprouts too! I should probably make a grocery list now.
